Accessing, browsing, and using the Website give the status of user (hereinafter referred to, interchangeably, individually as User or collectively as Users), whereby all the Conditions set forth herein are accepted from the moment browsing the Website begins, as well as their subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding legal obligation compliance as appropriate.

3. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS

Duly registered Users may make purchases on the Website in the ways and forms established. They must follow the online purchase or acquisition procedure on www.viskoil.com, during which various products and/or services may be selected and added to the cart, basket, or final purchase space, and finally, click on "Submit Order".

Furthermore, the User must fill in and/or verify the information requested at each step, although, during the purchase process, before making the payment, it is possible to modify the purchase data.

Subsequently, the User will receive an email confirming that viskoil has received his/her order or purchase request and/or provision of the service, i.e., the order confirmation. And, if applicable, he/she will also be informed via email when his/her purchase is being shipped.

Once the purchase process is completed, the User agrees that the Website generates an electronic invoice that will be sent to the User via email. Additionally, the User may, if he/she wishes, obtain a copy of his/her paper invoice, requesting it from viskoil using the contact spaces of the Website or through the contact details provided previously.

The User acknowledges that he/she is aware, at the time of purchase, of certain specific sales conditions that concern the product and/or service in question and that are displayed alongside the presentation or, if applicable, the image of it on its Website page, indicating, by way of example but not limited to, and taking into account each case: name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, product details, or features, how they will be carried out and/or the cost of the services; and acknowledges that the execution of the purchase order or acquisition materializes the full and complete acceptance of the particular sales conditions applicable in each case.

4. AVAILABILITY

All purchase orders received by viskoil through the Website are subject to product availability and/or the fact that no circumstance or force majeure event (clause nine of these Conditions) affects the supply of the same and/or the provision of services. If there are difficulties in supplying products or there are no products in stock, viskoil undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount that may have been paid as the price. This will also apply in cases where the performance of a service becomes impossible.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices displayed on the Website are final, expressed in Euros (€), and include applicable taxes in Spain. However, in the case of international sales or intra-community purchases, tax conditions may vary.

In particular, for customers eligible for intra-community purchases holding a valid VAT identification number, the obligation to pay VAT will be transferred to the buyer in accordance with the regulations in force in each jurisdiction.

The final cost shown at the end of the purchase process includes shipping costs and taxes, and it will be communicated to the User by email before finalizing the purchase process.

Viskoil reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order was placed, subject to availability on that date.

6. DELIVERY

The electronic invoice will be available in the "My Account" section on the Website.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the order will be sent to the address designated by the User, which must necessarily be within the Territory. The order delivery time is detailed in the "Shipping" section of the Website.

Unless exceptional circumstances occur, or the product is custom-made, the order will be delivered within the period stipulated on the Website according to the selected shipping method.

Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, the delivery will be made within the following maximum period of 30 days from the date of confirmation of the order.

7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

The User is provided with the necessary technical means to identify and correct errors when entering data.

The User can go back in the purchase process as many times as necessary and correct any errors in the data entered before making the payment.

No act of waiver by viskoil of any specific right or legal action or the failure to demand strict compliance by the User of any of its obligations shall constitute a waiver of other rights or actions arising from a contract or from the Conditions, nor shall it exempt the User from fulfilling his/her obligations.

No act of waiver of any of these Conditions or of the rights or actions arising from a contract shall be effective unless expressly stated as such and communicated in writing to the User.

12. INVALIDITY

If any of these Conditions were to be declared null and void by a final judgment issued by a competent authority, the rest of the clauses shall remain in force, unaffected by such declaration of invalidity.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Conditions and any document referred to explicitly constitute the entire agreement between the User and viskoil regarding the subject matter of sale and replace any other agreement, covenant, or promise previously agreed orally or in writing by the parties. The User and viskoil acknowledge that they have consented to the conclusion of a contract without relying on statements or promises made by the other party except as expressly mentioned in these Conditions.

The information or personal data provided by the User to viskoil during a transaction on the Website will be processed in accordance with what is established in the Privacy Policy or data protection (contained, if applicable, in the Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use). 15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
